Trainings within preparation for the Competition for best student idea at the University of Banja Luka

The training for participants of the Competition for best student idea was organized in the period from 1st to 5th of June, 2015 at the University entrepreneurship center in cooperation with the Business Support Office of the University of Banja Luka. This extensive training was intended to explain to students in detail business planning and its aspects of start up planning and business model development and technical and financial management. The first day was intended for introduction to business planning development (Business plan, Marketing strategy). On second day students had a chance to learn about organizational and financial planning and to prepare and present their presentations. On the third day of training presentations were about organizational management, value chain assessment, development and planning and operational planning. On the last day of the training students have had a chance to learn about financial aspects of business management.
Also, students after this training were more prepared for their own business and presentation of their ideas. The trainer at this training was Milena Ljubičić, project manager at the University entrepreneurship center.
