Fourth training for participants in Competition for the best student idea at the University of Zenica

Within visiting the Technical university of Graz (in the frame of the Tempus project „WBCInno -Modernization of WBC universities through strengthening of structures and services for knowledge transfer, research and innovation”), on Thursday, 19 November 2015, students had the opportunity to visit the „Startup Spritzer“, which gathers young entrepreneurs from Graz and the neighbouring areas (i.e. Styria).

„Startup Spritzer“  is an optimal place to present a new buisness idea and it regularly (i.e. once a month) – „always in the same place, at the same time, with no agenda and no barriers“ – gives the opportunities to young people not only to inform themselves on how to start a company but also to present their ideas and to receive an immediate feedback from the audience.

SCOOL, the team which won in Zenica, presented its idea on establishing an e-learning platform for primary school students in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and  the team from the Faculty of metallurgy and materials of UNZE presented its business idea on electronic waste recycling.  

At the same time, this was an excellent preparatory activity before the WBCInno competition in Belgrade, which was held immediately after this visit to Graz, i.e. on Monday, 23 November 2015. We would like to express our congratulations to SCOOL team on winning the 2nd place.
