DANUBE BUSINESS FORUM

The Third Danube Business Forum (27 – 29/10/2014) is designed so that in three days for the envisaged three plenary sessions and 6 panels bring together participants from the fields of economy, science, culture, politics and diplomacy, which are naturally connected along the Danube, with significant support from local and foreign media to make it possible to promote the region as an attractive place for investment.

The third day of the Danube Business Forum starts with the plenary session entitled Developing a knowledge society, and it provides a platform for discussion about new technologies, innovation and creativity, all in order to create new jobs, followed by a panel that ideally complements it - young leaders, including opportunities for better training and employment. The above topics which were discussed on the last day of the Forum represent some of the most important items for the future of all countries in the region.

Prof. Goran Stojanović (the leader of UNS team within WBCInno project) was the first speaker at the VI panel “New technologies, innovation, creativity – new jobs” and he used this opportunity to present WBCInno project as the best example of the technology and innovation transfer.

Prof. Stojanović emphasized especially established Business Support Office at the University of Novi Sad and Catalogue of research and innovation potential of the University of Novi Sad. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that Prof. Vojin Šenk (the member of WBCInno UNS team) was the moderator of this VI panel.
