Detecting optimization elements
The aim of this activity is to assess the satisfaction of users of INNO platforms and engage them to contribute how to detect and help with optimization of INNO platform’s innovation processes. Our approach has been successful in helping innovation processes so far from start to the finish.
Questionnaire for assessment of INNO platform users’ satisfaction
In order to assess the satisfaction of users of INNO platforms, UNS has developed an online questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed to gather information about the users’ satisfaction with the INNO platforms, their opinion on its features and suggestions for its improvement. Collected data are automatically assessed and report on survey results are generated into the report with graphical presentations.
